Caruso’s Fresh Foods is proud to provide our customers fresh foods remotely through our online store! We provide this home delivery service on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Alternatively, our pick up service is avaliable 7 days a week and access for collection is at the rear of our store via Milton street.
Caruso’s Fresh Foods offer two delivery options. Customers who reside in our 'local area' will be subject to a $10 delivery fee, which includes the postcodes of 5045, 5044, 5046, 5048, 5040, 5043 and 5038. For customers who live outside our local area but reside in the postcodes 5024, 5037, 5022, 5035, 5039 and 5049, a $20 delivery fee will be charged. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery for customers outside of the above range. However, our free pick up option is available to all customers, (accessed via the rear of our premise in Milton Street).
In order to provide this service as efficiently as possible, we request that all orders are submitted before 11am for same day delivery and any orders after this time will be available for pick-up only or you will be offered a full refund.
The 'order notes' section during the processing stage of placing an order, allows customers to list any specific requirements relating to their order such as desired time of delivery and slight amendments to order. Delivery lead time will vary depending upon your location and due to courier routes, daily demand and traffic, specific delivery times can only be our best estimate. Late delivery does not constitute a failure on behalf of Caruso’s and does not entitle a cancellation of an order.
All orders are freshly packed and dispatched at the time of the order.
Pick up service policy
Our customers can feel confident in ordering online and the collection of orders are accessed from behind our store on Milton street. This pick up service is free and orders can be submitted any time during our opening hours.
We request a 1 hour packing time at the time a pick up order is made through the website.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Caruso’s if there is a problem with your purchase within 24 hours of delivery. This will allow a reasonable time to resolve any issue.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return of perishable items such as fresh produce, deli meats and continental goods will be accepted if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, and a product exchange will be provided.
Availability and Pricing
As we process your order, we will inform you by email and or phone if any products you order are unavailable and offer you an alternative or refund on that item.
Despite our best efforts to update prices, some products on our shop floor may be mispriced to the products on our website. If a products correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.
As the prices of produce may change daily, we may alter the price of products at any time without notice.
All prices include GST.
Collected and stored personal information
As part of the electronic news registration process, we collect personal information such as your e-mail address. Unless you object, this information may be used:
- to send news, information about our activities and general promotional material which we believe may be useful to you;
- to monitor who is accessing the web site or using services offered on the web site; and to profile the type of people accessing the web site.
No information is distributed to an external provider and if you do not wish to have your personal information used in this manner or for any other specific purpose, you can select to unsubscribe from your electronic news accordingly.
